Why the West Coast Learning Collective Was Created
The West Coast Learning Collective (WCLC) was created to bring learning, talent, and workforce development professionals together in meaningful and practical ways.
Across industries and roles, members of the collective often do similar work, yet rarely have space to connect outside of conferences or formal programs. WCLC was founded to bridge that gap by creating a community centered on shared experience, thoughtful dialogue, and peer learning.

Meet the Founders Council
The Founders Council is made up of experienced learning and development practitioners who share a commitment to building community and advancing the field. These individuals are trailblazers building and making space for emerging practitioners.
With diverse backgrounds and expertise, they share a belief in collaborative, practical, and people-centered learning. As early champions, the Founders Council guides WCLC’s vision, supports its programs, and centers the Collective on member needs.
